Family Chiropractic with Dr. Brittany Causey
Dr. Brittany Causey is excited to have joined the Blossom community and looking forward to getting to know all of the wonderful families here. Before starting Causey Chiropractic, she worked as an associate chiropractor in a physical medicine office in Desert Ridge for almost eight years. While there, she saw a wide array of patients from newborn babies to those in their late 90s. She loved getting to work with a team of providers and see so many different types of patients but realized that her passion was for pediatric, prenatal, and family wellness chiropractic care. Dr. Brittany loves to pursue continuing education in these areas and is certified in Webster technique, a specific chiropractic analysis and way of adjusting useful and safe in pregnancy. Feel free to ask her if you have any questions on how chiropractic care can be helpful for you and your family!

Bradley Class from Frances
The Bradley Method® is a 12-week childbirth education class that focuses on preparing you for a natural, unmedicated birth, and on teaching your partner to be your trained labor coach. Each class has a specific topic, but throughout the series we discuss relaxation techniques to help reduce pain during labor, nutrition, exercise, and how your body works (and how to work with your body) during pregnancy and each stage of labor. We also discuss breastfeeding and the postpartum period.
Classes include hands-on practice and labor rehearsals in addition to instruction and video supplementation. These classes aim to give you the confidence and knowledge to trust your body and your baby to help you birth without medications or interventions.
Classes are held usually Thursday evenings at 6:30pm for about 2 – 2.5 hours per class. They are limited to 8 couples. They meet in the Wellness Building at Blossom Birth Center. The cost is $350 per couple, with a $50 deposit when you register to hold your spot, with the remaining balance due in the first class. We do not want cost to stand in the way of anyone taking the class, so we are more than happy to work out a payment plan with you if necessary.
